Theme of round 2: “My pets deserve proper care“
Time: 16 April – 22 April 2012 (11.59pm)
The contest is open to all participants who are pet owners studying or working at RMIT University Vietnam, Saigon South Campus. It will be run mainly on our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/petfriends4ever.
♣ WHAT TO ENTER ♣
1. It MUST be photographs of actions which show that you are giving your dogs or cats proper care. Photos that do not show proper pet care might not be approved>
Hints:

Read articles on ‘My Pet Friends’ blog www.mypetfriends2012.wordpress.com to know about proper pet care, and get more ideas to take your picture.

Register for a free voucher in our ‘Free Health Check Week’ activity, and take a picture showing that you take care of your pet properly by taking them to vet clinic.
2. Caption for each photograph is MUST-HAVE requirement. Each caption MUST give (at least one) reasons WHY you want to give your pet proper care.
3. They are original images.
♣ HOW TO ENTER ♣
– Each pet is only allowed to have one photo to enter the contest.
– You can choose the photo showing your pet is given proper care that includes:
+ Only your pet
+ You and he/she
– If the photo you choose to compete having only your pet, or having you but not showing your face, you MUST submit an additional image that has BOTH you and your pet. It helps us to ensure the pets are yours, not from the Internet.
– Contestants who joined ROUND 1 DO NOT need to submit the proof image again.
– One pet owner is allowed to have maximum three pets that attend the competition.
– Email your photos, captions and basic information about your pets (name and gender) to the email address: mypetfriends2012@gmail.com
– Within 24 hours from the submission, your photo(s) and caption(s) will be uploaded on our Facebook page for public voting.
♣ WINNING PHOTOS ♣
– The photos will be judged based on 50% vote of the public and 50% vote of a pet expert in A.R.C. The result (scores) for each contestant will be fairly calculated and announced two days after the time of round 2 is closed. – You can encourage your friends to click “Like” your photo.
– Top three photos received the highest scores will get each a VOUCHER FOR SHOPPING IN A PET SHOP: 200,000VND, 300,000VND, and 500,000VND.
– Contestants who join BOTH round 1 and round 2 will be given a tea cup with the image of pet owners and their pets.
-All the prizes will be honorably rewarded on the final event “My Pet Friends” in week 10
– ‘My Pet Friends’ campaign reserves the right to adjust any deadline(s) as the result of causes beyond its immediate control.
